About The Property

  • The home is named "Casa Piedra" meaning "house of rock" because of the high-end stone finishing cladding the interior and exterior.
  • Architect Christian Magaldi, Interior Designer Andrea Zubrian, and landscape architect Mariana Rovzar joined this project to create an internationally harmonious environment
  • The renovations are influenced by the Mayan-inspired Nizuc Resort & Spa in Cancún, Mexico, and the minimalist Amangiri resort in Utah, as well as the Japanese design philosophy of wabi-sabi.
  • The floors will be continuous Italian travertine that was hand selected from the quarries in Tivoli, Italy.
  • The bathrooms will be finished with Portoro marble and Calcatta marble from the finest slabs in Carrera, Italy.

MAIN HOUSE

  • From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with elegance at the gated entrance with high-end security and cameras. The large driveway wraps around mature oak trees where there is plenty of parking, or you can pull into the three-car garage.
  • The foyer welcomes you into the grand formal living room with double high ceilings.
  • Perfect for entertaining, there will be a full wet bar with an adjacent wine gallery that will display and cool over 200 bottles.
  • If you are hungry, you will enjoy the complete chef’s kitchen with custom wood cabinetry meticulously designed to hold each utensil and commercial grade appliances. Each of two islands will be back light Igloo Quartz. The first island nests an elegant French La Cornue custom luxury gas range and stove.
